Rev. Brock Patterson
Pastor Brock is the founding Pastor of FaithSpring Church, established 2009. Brock is a recognized leader in New Church Starts, having studied and mentored
other pastors for over ten years in New Church Growth and Trends prior to the founding of FaithSpring. He is passionate to share the love of God through
Jesus Christ. He has a genuine heart for those who have experienced pain in their faith journey and those just beginning to seek faith.
A native of Little Rock, Brock is a graduate of Catholic High School and Baylor University (Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance). He holds his Master of Divinity (Summa Cum Laude) from Memphis Theological Seminary with an emphasis on Church History and Theology. Brock has served in full-time pastoral ministry for seventeen years with a previous twelve-year career in Commercial Lending. He resides in Little Rock with his wife, ShawnD’, and their daughters, Meagan and Rachel.Email
Rev. Kimberly Munns Johnson
Pastor of Worship and Discipleship
Pastor Kim has been a part of FaithSpring since the very beginning. Her primary role at FaithSpring is in Worship Ministries and Adult Discipleship, though she also handles day-to-day campus management. She has served in ministry to children and students for twenty-five years (fifteen in full-time vocational ministry) with a previous career in Public Policy and Revenue Maximization. Kim possesses a genuine love of people with a desire to see them become all God created them to be!
Kim is a graduate of the University of Arkansas (Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, with minors in Business and Education). She received her Master of Theological Studies from Southwestern Theological Seminary and holds certification in Biblical Counseling (Southwestern Theological Seminary) and Christian Human Sexuality Education (Hendrix College). Kim is a native of Little Rock where she resides with her husband, Mark, and their children, Olivia, Will, and Ava.Email
Next Generation Pastor (Children and Students)
Pastor Kime leads our “next generation” of FaithSpringers, from birth to young adulthood. Kime joined the FaithSpring staff in 2018 having served over twelve years with other church staffs. He has also served seven years as a school-based counselor and four years as a Unit Coordinator for children’s homes.
Kime holds his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a minor in voice. He received Masters in both Religious Education and Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is also certified in the ASIST Suicide Prevention Method and Prepare/Enrich Marital Counseling. Pastor Kime is a native of East End, Arkansas, and is the devoted father of Jessica, Parker, and Rileigh Eubanks and husband to the late Tina Eubanks.Email
Chaplain Ken Aden
Pastoral Care Director
Chaplain Ken directs all the Pastoral Care Ministry at FaithSpring with a special calling to relationship and addiction counseling. Ken has served in full-time
ministry for six years, joining the FaithSpring family in 2016. He served our country full time with the United States Army prior to beginning his
ministry career (Honorable Discharge, 2010).
Ken received his Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Biblical Studies in 2015 from Liberty University School of Divinity. He completed his Clinical Chaplaincy Residency for Trauma and Grief in 2016 and completed his Masters in Christian Ministry for Chaplaincy in 2017, also from Liberty. He is currently working towards his PhD in Christian Counseling (Addiction and Recovery) through Liberty University. Ken is a native of Pine Bluff, AR, and resides in Russellville, Arkansas, with his wife, Renea, and their five daughters, Abby, Bailey, Lily, Tatum, and Nova.Email
